Beverly Ann Pearson

BEVERLY DANTO PEARSON 

Beverly Danto Pearson, a longtime resident of South Florida, passed away on October 22nd, 2026, at the age of 90. 

Born on September 5, 1936, in Detroit, Michigan, Beverly graduated from Mumford High School and attended Michigan State University before moving to Miami, Florida, and later Boca Raton, Florida where she enjoyed a long and successful career as an interior designer. 

Beverly had a lifelong appreciation for art, design and beautiful surroundings. Always impeccably dressed, she took great pride in her home, which reflected her distinctive sense of style and was filled with art and objects she loved. 

Outgoing and sociable, Beverly embraced an active and fulfilling social life. She loved fine dining, enjoyed ballroom dancing twice a week and valued her many friendships. She was particularly involved in organising interclub singles events in Boca Raton, bringing people together through her enthusiasm for social activities. 

An avid traveller with a passion for art and culture, Beverly frequently joined art museum-sponsored group trips, exploring destinations around the world and deepening her appreciation for the arts. 

Beverly is survived by her three children, Elizabeth Oster, William Pearson and Charles Pearson; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Marlene Danto Josefsberg and Joan Danto Garland. She was predeceased by her parents, Irene and Isadore Danto of Detroit. 

Graveside funeral services will take place at Beth El Memorial Park in Detroit, Michigan.
