A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 4:00 PM-9:00 PM, at Serenity Memorial Chapels, located at 5229 Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate, Florida 33063 (754)205-4640.
Graveside Service will follow on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Central, located at 499 NW 27th Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33311.
Serenity Memorial Chapels has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
