In Loving Memory

With profound love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Marina S. Ayala Hart, a woman of unwavering faith, boundless generosity, and vibrant spirit. Born in Havana, Cuba to Enrique Luis Sanfiel y Diaz and Maria Isabel Martinez y Alvarez, Marina immigrated to her beloved homeland, the United States of America, at the age of eighteen. Her journey was one of courage, resilience, and deep appreciation for the freedoms and opportunities she embraced.

Marina was a devoted mother to Elizabeth Ferrer, Irene DeCredico (Joseph), Alfonso Ayala (Susan Eisner), and is reunited in Heaven with her beloved son, Victor Ayala Salcines. She was the proud grandmother of Thomas Ayala (Danielle), Nicholas Ayala (Ashley), Stephanie Ferrer, Daniella DeCredico (Kevin Freewalt), Christopher Ferrer, Matthew Ayala, Isabella DeCredico, Jennifer Eisner, Jessica Eisner Guzman (Fernando) and Jonathan Eisner (Alicia), and the joyful great-grandmother of Vincent, Leo, Mateo, and Arabella. Marina’s family was her heart, and her love for them was limitless.

Marina lived with passion and purpose. Her moral strength and spiritual devotion were guiding lights to all family and friends. A true adventurer, Marina traveled the world, embracing its cultures, peoples, and traditions. She celebrated life through music, dance, and food, and gave generously to causes that uplifted children and families.

Marina’s infectious joy, wisdom, warmth and love of dance will be deeply missed but forever remembered. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched, and her spirit continues to inspire us to live with gratitude, faith, and love.
