Nancy left us on July 29,2025 the week before her 87th birthday. She was 1 of 9 children born to Thomas and Josephine Calabrese on August 4, 1938 in Franklin Square, L.I, New York. She is survived by her daughter, Christine; her son, Bill; granddaughter, Katie ; cherished great granddaughter, Gabriella; her siblings, George,Norma,Marie & her late husband, Vincent’s, children, Bobby(son); Janet(daughter); Jennifer(granddaughter); Abigail & Kayilah (great granddaughters). She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Vincent; her brothers, Philip, Jack, Thomas, Arthur & her sister, Jessica.In addition, she had countless nieces & nephews whose company she enjoyed at family celebrations & holidays whenever possible.
As a child, she enjoyed dancing & always had a love for music. As an adult, she learned to play the piano & often entertained her beloved “mama” for whom she cared. She frequently looked forward to extended visits with her sister in the North Georgia Mountains, as well as South Florida, shopping, lunching & “happy hours.” She dabbled in art for her amusement & had an eye for decorating. Nancy will be remembered for her strength of spirit, generosity, honesty and love of family. She was always willing to share her wisdom with those close to her. In the words of her son, Billy, “she was one tough lady. She will be laid to rest beside her loving husband, Vincent, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery in South Florida.
