Ofelia Alleguez

Today, we remember Ofelia Alleguez, devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Throughout her life, she overcame many obstacles with grace and fortitude. She immigrated to a new country with her husband and children. She forged a life of service and care for her family, her church, and her community. She was committed to helping everyone who crossed her path.  She was an incredible woman who met life's challenges with persistence and generosity of spirit.  Her Catholic faith was the integral foundation of her life. We pray for her eternal rest with her husband, Rafael A. Alleguez, and her son, Jose R. Alleguez. 

She is survived by her daughter Rebeca Alleguez Brito, her son-in-law Robert G. Brito, and her grandchildren: Robert M. Brito, William J. Alleguez, Lauren Brito Wisner, and Melissa A. Alleguez.
