Obituary for Patricia Hoffmann
Patricia Hoffmann, 76, resident of Tamarac, Florida passed away on October 30, 2018.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 2:00 P.M-4:00 P.M. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 8001 NW 5th Street, Plantation, Florida 33324.
Funeral Service will take place following the visitation from 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.
A Celebration of Life Reception will be held at The Broward Shrine Club, 2900 Taylor Street, Hollywood, Florida 33020 from 6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. Dinner will be served, cash bar will be available.
