It is with heavy hearts yet deep gratitude for his life that the family of Rodrick Theophilus Francis announces his passing. Rodrick departed this life peacefully on October 18, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on May 26, 1972, in Mt. Rosser, St. Catherine, Jamaica, Rodrick was the sixth of seven children to Vivian and Agnes Francis. A man of quiet strength and humility, he lived a life marked by faith, kindness, and unwavering devotion to family.

Rodrick began his career at Nestlé Jamaica and Jamaica Citrus before migrating to the United States, where he worked at AT&T, Comcast, City Furniture, and later at the City of Miami Water Treatment Plant, where he served faithfully until his passing.

He married his beloved wife Norda (Keisha) in 2008, and together they raised four beautiful children — Joerod, Zyair, Eric, and Susej. Family was his greatest joy, and his love for them was boundless.

Rodrick was known for his love of farming, his willingness to help others, and his genuine care for people. His faith guided him through every season of life, and even through illness, he remained strong and thankful.

Rodrick will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his compassion, humility, and enduring love.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
