Ronel Laurent

Ronel Laurent, a proud United States Navy veteran, loving father, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025 at the age of 57.

     His life was defined by honor, service, and unwavering love for his family.

He is survived by his beloved children: Sy, Sarayha, and Sofia, who will forever remember his strength, kindness, and the lessons he taught by example. He was a steady presence in their lives and a guiding light through all seasons.

Ronel will be remembered for his quiet strength, his warm heart, and his commitment to doing right by those he loved. His legacy lives on in the values he instilled and the memories he leaves behind.

A memorial service will be held on June 28, 2025 at Serenity Funeral Home from 12:30pm - 1:30pm and Cremation where friends and family are invited to honor his life and service. To follow, there will be a Mass service at Our Lady Queen of Heaven at 2:00pm. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Soldiers’ Angels in honor of his dedication to those who serve.
