Vivian Garcia

November 12, 1963 — March 26, 2022

Mama,

You came to this world on a Fall day, in November of 1963. As the oldest of 5, you had big shoes to fill. Your siblings looked up to you and often share stories of how you took care of them, disciplined them but most of all loved them. You moved to New Jersey in 1982 to take care your Grandparents. In 1985, you met Daddy at the hospital while taking your Grandma and that’s when he saw you in the “purple pants” and immediately fell in love with you. I came along and made you a “Mommy” in July of 1986. We were instant best friends. God knew you needed a little boy and blessed you with Will in September of 1989. In October of 1994, you and Daddy took your forever vows before God at St. John the Baptist Cathedral. We made the big move to Florida in 1998 where our family experienced many ups and downs yet we always remained a unit. You dedicated your life’s work to helping people as a Medical Assistant and Healthcare Worker. In 2004, you decided to go back to school and graduated with your Associate’s Degree from the University of Phoenix. I remember how nervous you were to go start but we supported each other during our first year of university. In 2011, you and Daddy celebrated your 25th Wedding Anniversary before your St. Andrew Catholic Church community. Our lives changed forever in February 2018, when God called Daddy home to Heaven. Your vows were complete as you were there for him in sickness and health, through the good times and bad. You were called to heaven on March 26th… although our hearts ache, it gives us peace that you and Daddy are finally reunited.

You meant so much to so many: Wife to Willman Sr. Mom to Jeanette Christine and Willman Alberto Jr.
Mother in Law to Joseph Andres
Daughter to María Magdalena, Jorge Sr., Angel Luis, Migdalia.
Sister to Arlene, Ivette, Jorge Jr., Wallie.
Grandma to David.
Sister in Law to: Mario Sr., Jose, Millie, Marcos, Eliecer, Ruby, Gilberto, Sonia, Maribel, Wilfredo, Diana, Miguel.
Aunt to CJ, Jorge III, Dacel, Ideliz, Richard, Jimmy, Jennifer Karina, Marilyn, Gilbert, Pierre, Michael, Danny, Krystal, Alex, Luz, Wilson.
Godmother to Wilfred, Jessica, Steven, Jeniffer Nicole, Mario Jr., Jazmin.

In summation, not only were you so beautiful physically, you had the most beautiful soul. People over the last few days have described you as loving, compassionate, creative, amazing, sassy, brave, loyal, strong, generous, devoted, sweet and wise. You were all those things and more. You were always there when we needed you, and even when we thought we didn’t. To know you, was to love you.

When you left, you took a piece of our hearts. But we are eternally grateful for you and will be for the rest of our lives.

Your children, Jeanette Christine and Willman Alberto, Jr.

I love you, Mom.
-Your son, Will
